Improv Comedy Camp

$295.00

Jun 17-21

Learn why Chicago is known globally as the home of improvisation.  We’ll start with improv basics, then explore both short-form and long-form improv formats.  Students will learn to support their scene partners, listen and respond in the moment, trust their impulses, and create memorable characters.  Our instructors have trained and performed with Second City, ComedySportz, The Annoyance Theater, iO, and the Chicago Improv Festival.  Our focus is on teaching comedy with conscience and compassion.  The week will conclude with a 30-minute improv show for family and friends.
